When our partners @Rule29 approached us about building a site as a service to the design community we were excited to help.  The site we developed included all the necessary fields for users to submit a printing estimate to various printers.  Each section validates and requires users to fill in required fields before proceeding.  The final section uses a flash file uploader to ensure that the comps are attached appropriately.  The entire form is then submitted via an AJAX post and the results are emailed to the specified people.

On the admin side we simply created a system to log all the submissions as well as any errors that showed up while processing.  This allows us to monitor traffic and make sure submissions are being sent correctly.
